Shipping Options

We offer two tailored shipping solutions to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Basic tracking included

Please Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery estimates may vary slightly during peak seasons.

Our Returns Philosophy

We stand behind every piece that leaves our Londonderry atelier – from our structured denim to delicate velvet evening wear. Should any item not meet your expectations, we offer a 15-day return window for unworn, undamaged items with original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our most delicate collections, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Evening wear from our “Evening” collection
  • Custom-sized leather and suede items
  • Personalized silk & print garments

The Modern Weave Returns Process

1. Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer care team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Return request details

We’ll respond within 1 business day with authorization and instructions.

2. Prepare Your Package

  • Include all original packaging with protective tissue
  • Attach the completed returns form (included with your shipment)
  • Securely wrap the item as you received it

3. Ship Your Return

  • International returns: Use the prepaid DHL label we provide (deducted from your refund)
  • UK returns: Use the enclosed Royal Mail returns label
  • Insure your package for its full value

4. Inspection & Processing

Upon receipt at our atelier, our quality team will inspect your return within 3 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund or exchange is processed.

Refund Details

We handle refunds with the precision of our master tailors:

  • Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return
  • Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Full item price minus original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)

Exchange Process

For exchanges of size or color in our Plaid, Tweed, or Moleskin collections:

  1. Follow the standard returns process above
  2. Clearly indicate your desired replacement on the returns form
  3. We’ll ship your new item within 2 business days of receiving your return
  4. Free shipping for all exchange items
