We specialise in premium textiles including silk, velvet, tweed, moleskin, flannel, and artisanal knits. Each collection is carefully curated – from our structured Denim and Cord pieces to our delicate Silk & Print eveningwear.
How should I care for my Modern Weave garments?
We recommend following the care instructions on each garment’s label. Generally, our tweed, moleskin and flannel pieces benefit from professional dry cleaning, while our silk and velvet items require gentle hand washing or specialist care.
Do you offer plus sizes or custom tailoring?

Ordering & Account
How do I create an account?
During checkout, you’ll have the option to create an account for faster future purchases and order tracking. We never store your full payment details for security.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?

What are your shipping options?

- Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days)
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide except select remote areas in Asia and other regions. If you encounter shipping restrictions at checkout, please email us for assistance.
Why is signature required for delivery?
To protect your investment in our premium textiles, we require signature confirmation for all deliveries. This ensures your Modern Weave pieces reach you securely.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error.
Which items cannot be returned?
Our limited-edition pieces (including Plaid Gold Button items) are final sale. This is noted clearly in product descriptions.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The timing depends on your bank’s processing period (typically 3-5 additional days).
Special Occasions
I need an Evening or Silk piece for an event – when should I order?
For special occasions, we recommend ordering at least 4 weeks in advance to account for potential customs delays. Our Evening and Silk collections require extra care in packaging and transit.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order receives our signature fabric-lined box with tissue wrapping. For additional gift services, please include a note at checkout or contact us.
